At Cell Expert, we offer three shipping options in Quebec:
Express Delivery in 1-2 Business Days
- For orders from $0 to $50, the shipping fee is $9.99.
- For orders of $50 and over, express delivery is free.
- This option includes a signature required upon receipt for an additional fee of $14.99.
To facilitate delivery, please provide accurate information. Your order preparation is usually finalized within one day of order confirmation. We have chosen Purolator as our delivery partner, guaranteeing express delivery in 1 to 2 business days in Quebec.
Please note that Cell Expert declines any responsibility for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unfavorable weather conditions, transportation problems or delays attributable to the carrier. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
If you have specific delivery requirements or if you wish to have your order delivered to a region other than Quebec, please contact us before placing your order. We will be able to study the available options and provide you with information on additional costs, delivery times and specific conditions.
We also encourage you to carefully check your delivery address before finalizing your order to avoid any returns or reshipments of packages.
