Refurbished Phones

Our refurbished devices are sold with a 90-day limited warranty covering proper operation of the device only. If the device is damaged for any reason, for example shock or water, the warranty is automatically revoked. If the device is opened, modified or its parts are changed elsewhere than at Cell Expert, the warranty will also be revoked. In the event that a problem arises with your device, you can send it to us for a diagnosis. We reserve the right to accept the repair or not depending on its condition. We must have received the device before the end of the 90 day warranty to be able to honor it.

Repairs

Our repairs are sold with a 90-day limited warranty on the replaced part(s) only. We guarantee the proper functioning of our parts only. If a part replaced by Cell Expert is damaged for any reason, for example shock or water, the warranty is automatically revoked as well as if another part causes the breakage of a replaced part. If the device is opened, modified or its parts are changed elsewhere than at Cell Expert, the warranty will also be revoked. In the event that a problem arises with your device, you can send it to us for a diagnosis. We reserve the right to accept the repair or not depending on its condition. We must have received the device before the end of the 90 day warranty to be able to honor it.
